THE FLOATATION SESSION For one hour's Float allow yourself approximately one and a half hours.
COST £20 per session £55 for three sessions
(If you are on medication, have a medical condition or are pregnant, please consult your Doctor).
If used, Hair colour must be permanent.
You will need to bring:- Towel (or Towels) Facecloth Ear Plugs (if required) Suitable footwear for wet areas (Pool shoes or Flip Flops) Shampoo and Soap
You will need to:- Remove jewellery, make-up, contact lenses Comb or brush your hair Have a thorough shower before the Float Enter the Tank and take time to settle down Keep movements slow and gentle Turn light off and float
At the end of the Float, take time to gather yourself and turn on the light before standing up, squeeze your hair out and wipe off excess water before getting out for a shower.
TAKE CARE IN WET AREAS!
After your Float, take some time to reflect on your floatation experience. Make a few notes if you like or browse through the material available. If you have any questions, we can talk about them when you are ready.
You may wish to discuss having a massage which can help if you have persistent aches and pains, e.g., from repetitive work actions, posture difficulties, old injuries, etc.
